On March 6, 2025, we had the opportunity to showcase our egn24 at an exclusive event hosted by the HF GROUP . International tire manufacturers came to Hamburg to be convinced of the quality and efficiency of the electric tire curing system at the tire curing press through a technical presentation and live tests.
In the tire industry, there is immense pressure to reduce emissions and save energy – the ESG goals are ambitious.Here, HF Group plays a key role with the electric curing system which can save up to 60% of emissions in the tire manufacturing process. With this, HF Group is progressing towards more sustainability in mobility - similarly to how we set our goal towards an electrical racecar for Formula Student and wish to contribute to the development of future mobility.
We were able to present our project directly to HF Group’s customers and received a lot of positive feedback. We are proud that the HF Group is playing a key role in reaching our goals in this season and supporting us as a sponsor.
We are thrilled that our sponsors are presenting our passion project in their own R&D halls! A heartfelt thank you to the HF Group for this amazing opportunity and their ongoing support!

Wie läuft eigentlich unsere Fahrerauswahl ab? 🏁

Zuerst haben wir alle Interessierten in unserem Simrig antreten lassen. Die Top-Performer durften sich dann im @ralf_schumacher_kartcenter messen 🙌
Danach geht es weiter mit der Auswahl im Frühjahr - dann wird beim Testen geprüft, welche Fahrer:innen denn auch in unserem Rennwagen die besten Zeiten fahren.

Das @ralf_schumacher_kartcenter ist ein zuverlässiger Unterstützer und Partner unseres Teams. Durch sie ist es uns möglich, die Fahrerauswahl deutlich effizienter zu gestalten, indem wir den Schritt mit den Karts bei ihnen umsetzen können!
